Comments I met Jen whle woking with her at Famliy Bookstores at Huntington Mall. Both her and her husband just overflowed with the beauty of Christ. God knew what he was doing when he picked Tom and Jen to be Ben's parents. Ben couldn't have asked for a more loving famliy and godly set of parents. I know that God will see them through this time. Comments You stay in our thoughts and prayers constantly, for Ben especially, but also for Tom & Jennifer, for Eli, and for grandparents and other relatives. We've been where you are, we know what you are going through and what you are facing, both now and in the future. I know from experience, and am sure you are experiencing an enormous abundance of God's grace. His grace is sufficient, as you are experiencing and will continue to experience in the future. Hang in there, God has a plan and a purpose for Ben and your lives. While we don't know the future or the outcome, know that God is in control and will give you the grace you need to face whatever is in that future, and will use this experience to minister to you and to others in the future (as He is already doing). Again, you are in our thoughts and prayers constantly. We don't know you that well, but love you dearly as a brother and sister in the Lord. Comments I am so glad I was asked to volunteer to help care for Ben on 3/24. He was a joy to care for. I was amazed that he never once cried throughout the whole day. Today I miss his laughter and the words I heard him say as he asked for juice or water, or more (food!). He and Eli are both precious children of God; Eli loves his little brother and is tender and kind to him. God bless you all as you travel this difficult journey together. Comments I met Jennifer in the early months of my premature Alex's life. He was in need of speech therapy. Not only did she help him talk. I also found a good friend in Jennifer. She is loving and caring toward the kids she treats just as she loves her own boys. I met Eli in a play group. He instantly stole my heart. Before you knew it along came little Ben. Just as sweet as Eli. I met Tom on an evening event to the Gym Factory. My husband and I went and brought Alex. Tom, Jennifer, Eli and Ben came. I had never met Tom before. It didnt take long to get to know him. You could tell by the way he looked at Jennifer and the way he held and played with his sons they ment more the words can say. I think and pray for the Bowens daily. Having sons the same age as theres. My heart does more then breaks when I think of them. The love they have for one another and there strong faith will help them through this time. Hopefully very soon the nightmare will be over and the four of them will be home and healthy in Huntington soon. Lov
