Checking
in on you guys this evening and all is staying down.. LOVE IT!! I ran
across this today. Purple grapes, with their seeds and skin, contain
more than a dozen nutrients scientifically proven to kill cancer cells.
Purple grape juice, of course, is not as good as whole purple grapes
with their seeds and skin. I never knew that. Ben you be strong eat and
drink whatever you want. If you dont have it I will send it. I
believe... We all do and are sending more love and prayers to TN by the
minute.

specifically going to pray for Bens counts tonight and that you can get
through this weekend in isolation. He looks so wonderful is his latest
picture. Tom, I spoke with your mom today when Kelli dropped off her

I am a
friend of Petrina Picerno. You found Matthew at the World Trade Center.
She sent me the story of your little boy, and I am touched. My oldest
son Billy, has a platelet disorder. He is 23. We go to the Cancer
Institute every 3-6 months and hope that his platelets stay stable. His
counts have been up to 1.4 million. Now they are at 917,000. This is
good for him. I can't imagine the pain you are going through. I will
pray for Ben. I lost my brother in law in the WTC on 911. I am
chairperson for a beautiful Memorial we are erecting in honor of those
lost. I walk with the Lord on this one -- it is quite the challenge. May
the Lord keep you in his graces. I pray for your strength. Lisa

Hi to
all, I met with janet yesterday to get orders for the Avon
Fundraiser(which is turning out even better then our goal), she was so
disappointed that she didn't get to come out there last weekend, but was
glad to see Tom and Eli. There have been so many people either call or
order from the fundraiser that don't really know you personally but are
so touched by Ben's Story that they just want to help. They think it is
unusual when i tell them that i don't know you all either, but i just
tell them that when Lisa first mentioned it at the bowling alley and i
got on the website for the first time, i knew i had to do something to
help, and it seems like the avon FR might have been the answer. I would
hope that if it was one of my children or grandchildren, the support
would be there for us.I am always amazed each time i view the guestbook
to see how many people are touched by this story. Praying for you all,

Dear
Bowens, My husband and I have been praying for Ben, Eli and the two of
you. We have a son Ben's age and it breaks my heart to think of Jamie
going through such suffering. I have prayed for Ben tearfully over my
own son at night! I am trusting and believing... God is good! My husband
and I both work for YFC/YFCI in Denver at the NSC. If you were at
MidWinter a three years ago you may have heard of YFC missionaries in
Kenya being attacked, we were those missionaries. All of this to say, we
know first hand about suffering, but we also know about God's grace,
goodness and protection. My prayer for you is that you feel these too!
We are proud of you for the ministry that you have been able to have
within the hospital, way to serve the Lord in such a big way at such a
hard time! God bless you! We will continue to pray and expect a miracle!

Bowens.. Sounds like a long weekend in TN. I am sending words of
comfort. Let the peace that Christ gives control our thinking, because
you were all called together in one body to have peace. Always be

think about each other and help each other to show love and do good
deeds. Heb 10:24 As always I pray for the mircles Ben needs to recover
and have a normal life. For Eli to understand and except the changes in
