been keeping up with your familys story. I want you to know that I am
here if you need to talk.. I know that you don't know me but your story
just touched me and I will do anything that I possibly could to help

Well, I
just read Eli's book written by Rebecca, my neice; it pretty much
reduced me to a big ball of tears. It is wonderful! I had no idea she
had written it - that's just like her because she's so quiet. She does a
lot of things that people don't realize. I'm very proud of her because I
am her aunt and I was also her first grade teacher a long time ago. I
was also Eli's and Ben's Daddy's first grade teacher a long time ago.
And then I was one of Eli's and Ben's Mommy's teachers in college. God
has allowed me to be involved in the lives of some very special people.
I love looking at Ben's website and getting updates. It makes all of us
feel more connected to you and keeps us all informed and able to pray

Dear Ben,
Someone who loves you more than any of us can even imagine is holding
you in His arms, comforting you, protecting you, and preparing the way
ahead of you. Ben, will you give your mommy and daddy and brother big
hugs and a big smile? You would make their hearts very glad if you could
do that. And, Ben, I want to tell you something: Your Mommy loves you,
Your Daddy loves you, Eli loves you, And Jesus loves you most of all!

I loved
Eli's book!! Rebecca did a wonderful job...I loved the true hair
colors!! :) Glad to hear Ben's doing so well. The pictures are terrific.
Our love to all of you. Of course, you remain in our prayers... Tomorrow
the choir is singing "Lord, I believe in You; I'll always believe in
You. Though I can't see You with my eyes, still in my heart Your
