Ben is indeed a little solider. I check on you guys often through out
the day and pray for you health of you all and your marriage. These days
are trying times. Remember to love and comfort one another. It will take
the support and love of both of you to get through this. And so we know
the love that God has for us, and we trust that love. God is love. Those
who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. We love because God

Just said
a prayer for Ben's treatment he will have this morning. I check in a
couple times a day to see how Ben and the rest of you are doing. I will

checking on the website. Looks like half of the greater Huntington area
is having a fundraiser. It's a shame I think that it take a situation
like this to make people come together for someone else's good. It sure
is good to know that they will however! Good talking with Jenn for a bit
on Sun. I'll be sending a letter to you soon, it still needs a bit of
work. Wish you all could have been to hear my sermon a few weeks back.

Jennifer...We wanted to let you know that Debbie had contacted Kathie
Lee Gifford's web site about a week ago just asking for them and the
people that visit the site to pray for "Ben and the Bowen's". She did
not request anything special other than prayer! Tonight she received a
communication back from the web site support manager saying that Ben
Bowen is being considered for the web site "Charity of the Month". They
are requesting some further information and Debbie and I will contact
Sarah about the info. We just wanted you guys to know about this in case
you possibly might be contacted or hear about it through the grape vine.
This was not our intention when Debbie contacted the site...it was done
strictly out of sharing the story for more people to pray for all of

Frequently I structure my prayers based on Psalm 91. This psalm affirms
God's sovereign watchcare over us. It begins "He who dwells in the
