Jennifer, even though our families have never met, we have thought of

Good
moring one and all, Tom, if your mom is still there please tell her
"HELLO" for me. I am up early for a Sunday morning so I thought maybe I
would go to church and see if I could help out in the nursery. But
wanted to drop you a line first. Today is the day we celebrate - Dr.
Luke 24 Certain women went to the tomb. The stone was rolled away. When
they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. Two men in
shining garments said,"He is not here, but is risen." Just as He said. I
know you know the story, but just hold tight to the trueth that is the

Hello,
again! And Happy Easter. I am resorting to this message board since I
haven't heard from you since, could it really be, Thursday. I hope you
managed to get away for a date night. We went out with Mike and Sandy
and ALL of the kids. Funny but, Eric noticed that as were leaving the
restaurant everyone was applauding. (Ha- a little more comic relief).
Tom, I thought specifically about you this AM because there was an
article about our church and how the Passion movie has impacted us. (Dr.
Larry's picture was on the front page, too) Couldn't help but think
about your impact in all of that (and how that weekend was really the
start of all of this with little Ben...Seems like decades ago). Again,

in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I just read about Ben
and his fight against cancer. I am not going to say that I understand
what you, the Bowen family and close friends, are undergoing, nor will I
pretend to fully grasp the hurt that you are feeling. I am a 22-year-old
woman with no children of my own, and thus I cannot imagine what it must
be like to see my own flesh and blood suffer like your little baby is
suffering. But please know that I sympathize with you, and that my heart
hurts with yours. Your letter to those who visit your website is
wonderful. Believe God. Don't just believe in Him, but BELIEVE Him. For
there is none other than Him. He laid the foundations of the earth. He
created everything, He spoke the world into existence. He formed little
Ben, and that same hand who formed Ben still has His hand upon him. He
has not left Ben, nor has He or will He leave you guys. Run to Him, for
the only true comfort, love, grace, and mercy can be found in Christ.

HE IS
RISEN! Praise the Lord! Every day my thoughts and prayers are with all
of you! I really appreciate you taking the time as often as possible to
update us all on the progress of Ben and on how Eli and you guys are
doing. It means so much to many of us! It was good to read the positive
update from earlier today! We will continue to pray for continued
improvement! We had a great WORSHIP SERVICE this morning at Westmoreland
Baptist Church...I am trying to keep the church updated on your

and Jennifer: I am so glad to hear Ben does NOT have an infection! I am

Hi Bowen

care of little Ben up here at Cincinnati Childrens. Just wanted to let
you know that Ben and the rest of the Bowen family have been in my
thoughts and prayers since I met you all back in early March. Many of
the RNs up who cared for Ben hold a special place in their hearts for
you guys. Please remember your faith and strength will guide you all
through this hard time. I only cared for Ben on two nights, but I saw

right now. I am the mother of a little boy named Ben (my angel) as well
and viewing your website is very difficult. I can't imagine what your
days are like. I do know one thing, God is in control. He is in control
of all things and I know he's with you all always. Rest assured there
are many, many prayers being sent up to Our Father for Ben each day. You
are on our prayer list at church, and at work (I work for a Christian

Mommy and Daddy are really tired and concered about you right now. So
you rest and know that you are loved and prayed for daily by people who
